With everything I do, I support the highest outcomes in human potential, environmental sustainability, and social justice. I am investing my energy toward creating a more heartfelt, harmonious world, both in my private coaching practice, and by engaging with select projects and initiatives that are near and dear to my heart.

Mindfulness Trainer - HeartMath Coach - Hypnotherapist
My coaching certifications include HeartMath Certified Coach, NLP Practitioner, Cognitive Behavior Coach, Health Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Infinite Possibilities Trainer. I was certified in Hypnotherapy, Advanced Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Inner Child Therapy at the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy in 1992 and 1993. Because of my passion for health and fitness, I’ve also been certified through the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer with an emphasis on holistic nutrition and success mindset.
With a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and a background in corporate communications, I also work with soulful entrepreneurs and purpose-driven professionals as a communications consultant.

I live part-time in the greater Seattle area of the United States, and part-time in Southeast Asia. I see clients virtually via Zoom.
